Childhood Confusion…
When I was a lot younger I used to think that Cindy Beale off of Eastenders was the same person as Cyndi Lauper the singer. (Of ‘Girls just want to have fun’ fame.)
There was really no other reason for this then them both having the same name. How silly.
What silly things did you get confused over as a child?

When I was a nipper, I used to be scared of Worzel Gummage the scarecrow. I think it was something to sdo with the big wart on the side of his face and the carrot nose but all the same, he disturbed me. I look back now and laugh at that, John Pertwee was probably the best Doctor Who ever and to think he scared me makes me chuckle to myself!!
By the way, if anyone is an old fart like me, maybe they remember the kids TV programme Rainbow. Another Dr Who fact, the voice of one of the darleks was actually that of Roy Skelton the voice of Zippy.

By the way Carly, awesome site, I’m hoping to produce something of similar quality soon but hey, maybe it may take a while, afterall, I’m not as experienced as you!! I’ll stop waffling now as I’m drunk and stoned and going to a Kareoke competition.
